Strong Core PIYO: With Pilates & Yoga
Strong Core Pilates/Yoga (PIYO) uses asanas and Pilates moves on the floor and in the yoga swings to strengthen and reinforce your abs, glutes, and back. Strengthen your entire core to condition your body for more advanced yoga poses and overall fitness. Fun and challenging! Consists of 50 min of workand alternating relaxing between followed by 10 min of full body and mind relaxation! With the maximum of three people per class, each is tailored to your individual needs.
