Beginners Meditation

This is an introductory course into how to meditate where we explore numerous different ways to meditate. Come experiment with your mind and consciousness and find a meditation modality that best suits you to build your own meditation practice upon! Bring a journal to take notes or we will provide one for you. Each class has a maximum of three students and so it will be personalized for you and based on your experience, interest and needs.

Circuit Training

Join us in the tent of torture for circuit training up to 3 times a week!!! Get cardio fit, muscled and mentally strong, improved coordination while taking part in a healthy fun group circuit session. Each begins with five minutes of cardio to warm up, 45 minutes of weightlifting focusing on either upper body, lower body or full body depending on the day you choose and we finish with either an arms or a tummy Pilates 10 minute burnout session. Deep Restorative Release for Muscles & Facia Yoga

Gentle and Yin

This class will open with gentle movement focused on balance and mobility before transitioning to yin poses. Yin yoga targets joints and connective tissues, and can improve circulation and reduce stress. Yin poses are all seated or lying on the floor and held with the support of props for 2 - 5 minutes per pose, This class is suitable for all levels.

Hatha Yoga

90 minute Hatha Yoga classes are tailored to beginner and intermediate levels. This Sivananda style class is a classical, slow paced, meditative class that encourages proper breathing, flexibility, strength, and relaxation, while also calming the mind and relieving stress. A typical class will include: Pranayama (breathing exercises), Sun Salutations, some variation of the 12 basic asanas (postures), with relaxation between asanas, finish with deep relaxation & meditation. Pilates/Strong Core

Pilates for a Strong Core focuses on floor core exercises to strengthen, tone and reinforce your abs, arms, glutes, neck and back. Strengthen your entire core to condition your body with symmetry that leads to less back pain! Fun and challenging! Private Yoga *2026 Winter Special Rate

Private one-on-one yoga instruction, tailored to your individual needs and experience level. Many use this as a follow up to PT. For the winter of 2026, private one hour sessions are being offered.at your location. Taught by Stacia Ash.
